What you will do:

As Aeyde continues to grow internationally, we are looking for a Demand Planner Wholesale to strengthen our Commercial and Operations teams and help build a more accurate, data-driven approach to demand planning.

In this role, you will own the translation of our global wholesale business into reliable demand forecasts, ensuring that commercial opportunities, customer orders, inventory, and production planning are closely aligned. Working cross-functionally with Wholesale, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations, you will bring structure and visibility to our planning processes and help us make better decisions across seasons and markets.

This is a highly analytical yet commercially connected role for someone who enjoys working with numbers, understands the dynamics of a fast-moving fashion business, and can turn complex data into clear actions. As Aeyde scales, you will play an important part in developing our planning capabilities and creating the processes needed to support sustainable international growth.

Demand Forecasting & Planning
  • Own the end-to-end wholesale planning process across pre-season, sales market, and in-season trading.
  • Translate wholesale sales budgets, historical performance, and commercial targets into accurate seasonal demand forecasts by market and account.
  • Own the planning preparation for each sales market, including account-level budgets, forecasts, and all relevant planning documents for key accounts.
  • Brief the Sales Team on seasonal budgets and targets by account and provide clear visibility on risks and opportunities throughout the season.
  • Build and continuously optimize wholesale planning tools according to the needs of the Wholesale Team and Director Wholesale.

Wholesale Performance & Analysis
  • Monitor sell-in, sell-out, order intake, and account performance against seasonal budgets, forecasts, and previous seasons.
  • Build regional and key-account reporting to identify performance trends, commercial opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Act as the central planning counterpart during sales market, providing the Sales Managers with the data and insights needed to steer their accounts against budget.
  • Help prearing term discussions and negociations
  • Deliver comprehensive end-of-market sell-in analysis, combining quantitative performance with qualitative market and account feedback from the Sales Team.
  • Own pre-season and in-season ad hoc analysis to support commercial decision-making.

In-Season Trading & Inventory
  • Be on top of in-season selling performance across markets and key accounts, proactively identifying reorder and replenishment opportunities.
  • Translate sell-out and inventory data into actionable opportunities for Sales Managers to follow up with their accounts.
  • Monitor inventory availability and identify potential shortages, excess stock, and opportunities for reallocation.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain and Global Planning to align wholesale demand with inventory, production planning, and delivery timelines.

Reporting & Process Development
  • Implement and own a weekly, monthly, and seasonal wholesale reporting landscape that gives the Commercial Team clear visibility into performance at account, regional, and product level.
  • Continuously improve forecasting tools, reporting structures, and planning processes as Aeyde's wholesale business grows in scale and complexity.
  • Ensure high data quality and establish clear, reliable sources of information for wholesale planning and performance management.

Cross-Functional & Financial Planning
  • Act as a key planning interface between Wholesale, Collection Merchandising, Global Planning, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Support the development and monitoring of seasonal wholesale budgets and forecasts.
  • Evaluate the impact of changing demand, cancellations, delivery shifts, and reorder opportunities on revenue and inventory.
  • Ensure reliable demand visibility to support financial planning, working capital management, and profitable growth.

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Wholesale Planning, Merchandising, or a comparable analytical role within the fashion industry, with ownership of planning and performance analysis across multiple markets or key accounts.
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Fashion Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills, translating complex data into clear, actionable commercial insights.
  • Strong commercial mindset and confidence partnering with senior Sales and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • High level of ownership and autonomy, with the ability to proactively prioritize analysis and drive planning processes end-to-end.
  • Highly organized and accurate, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and BI tool skills; JOOR or similar wholesale platforms are a plus.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
